sir i had sold my car a year back for an amount. now that car was driven by someone who had purchased it and that car met with an accident. the person who bought the car has not changed the reg to his name a ciurt summon has come to me, to pay x amont. i have the deliver note wid me can u pls tell me wat to do ?

Hello Sir,i have a tenant since past 30 years. she pays a rent of 3100 since last 15 years and used to pay 500 before 1996. Is there any procedure by which i can evict her. the personal need n other ways under rent control act do not qualify in my case. if i cannot evict her, can i legally get the marker rent,which is around 40000?

hello sir,I m hindu (female)and i got married soon on 26 june 2011 in a temple (maharastra/alandi)i have an issue dat my husband left me..he dont want to reside with me and his family is not accepting also ...but i have marriage certificate wid me which is provied by dat pandit and pandit have also marriage record of us. but there is no witness of our marriage accept dat pandit n few people around there .n i dont have any marriage pics also.me n my husband is in past 5 yrs relation also apart from this we have stayed in living relationship around 2 yrs in pune .but ritenw he dont want to live with me so i want to file case against him.. 1.is it a legal marriage? 2.if yes then what cases i can impose on them? please guide me..need help

Hello Sir, I have purchased a property in 2007 and constructed a house with all due approvals (Building plan, EB, Water & Sewage) and also I have taken a Home loan. Later I came to know through a legal notice from the welfare association of that locality, that this property was earmarked for public purpose in the development plan dated 1987. However upon detailed inquiry, I got to know the following facts. 1. The said development plant was only technically approved by the Planning authority. 2. It was not approved by the Local panchayat or collector or anyone. 3. It was not published in the govt gazette. 4. Still date the Panchayat has made any marks or sign of public property by way of public boards or so. 5. All the sites were converted in plots and sold by the owner's to various buyers like me. Can you let me know whether this legal case would stand valid. Also appreciate if you could help me with some case references. Kind Regards Navamani
