    Good Day, I have an offer from an exploring company of OIL & GAS sector. It want to sign on a service bond for a period of three years from the date of joining.If I resign from that job within the time duration a penalty of Rs.2 Lacks will be imposed on me & I am liable to pay it to the company. The Bond is printed on STAMP PAPER & signed by NOTARY of Supreme Court of INDIA. In That Bond the company has all rights to terminate me any time and along with the fine of aforesaid amount also imposed on me. But when I talked to the HR Manager of that Company He told to me that if company only terminates you only when you are found in any indiscipline act or you are doing some illegal acts against the company & company reputation. In case of any breach of contract the fined amount will be imposed on you.

    If a person is having more than one mortgage on his flat which would obviously be not known to the societies secretary. Now the person wishes to sell his flat and asks for NOC. What are the detailed procedures for the SECRETARY to safe guard his position.Is paper advertisement about sale of flat also a solution and can the person harass the secretary and demand NOC.

    hi vikram here actually my dad had purchased land near bangalore in 2005 . now it has come to my notice that someone else has forged all my documents and made a third party agreement and sold it to some other person. now i would like to know what to do. i pay tax yearly to gram panchayat of that site.
