    Dear Sir Am posting you the case that came in TOI : CHENNAI: A woman from Choolaimedu on Saturday was sentenced to life imprisonment by the sessions court for the murder of her house maid. S Rajagopalan, sessions judge, fourth additional city civil court, passed the order. The victim, Parameshwari, used to work as a domestic help in 32-year-old Priya's house at Sankarapuram Street, for a monthly salary of Rs 2,000. Additional public prosecutor M Prabhavathi, who appeared for the state, established that there were frequent quarrels between the two as Priya did not give her maid her salary on time. Parameshwari had also taken a loan of Rs 15,000 from Priya that she had not repaid which escalated the issue. Sir can you pls help on this as Priya has not committed this crime...She is in prison now.

    hello sir. my father had a partnership business n property with a man. Around 8 yrs b ack he was cheated and the partner took over the property. due to no back up and money issues he could nt file a case or tak any legal actions. i now want to do something to get justice pls help

    Dear Sir I have an issue regarding my notice period in my current organisation.I have 90days notice but I do not want to serve the full period as I have to join my next organisation after 46 days.I will not be able to serve another 44 days and i want the adjustment should be done on my salary.But they are saying that they have changed the policy and I have to serve but they have not informed anybody and they are informing the same after 9 dys of my resignation.Pls advice how can I proceed?

    Dear Sir, Good day! I had collected advance for a ticket from a client and am unable to issue it . The refund has taken long and will take a month or so more. the client is threatening me that eh will compliant to police. i have given him 3/4 dates of repayment and have failed to do so. pls advise what should i do in this case? thx
