DEAR SIR MYSELF RADHE SHYAM AND DOING JOB IN SBOP AS MARKETING & RECOVERY OFFICERS (RURAL) ON CONTRACT BASIS SINCE FROM 22.10.2007 WITH RENEWAL ON 22.10.2009 FOR 3 YEARS. THIS POLICY AND POST IS STARTED BY SBI IN 2005. ONE DAY ON 14.07.2010 SBI DECIDE TO ABSORB TO THESE OFFICERS AS REGULAR CADER AND IMPLIMENTED THIS AS ON 2.08.2010 BY GIVING JOINING LETTER,BUT SAME POST WHICH IS CREATED BY SBI IN SBI & ASSOCIATES NOT GIVING PERMISSION TO ITS ASSOCIATES TO REGULARISE THEM.WE ARE WAITING FOR RESPONCE FROM SINCE 02.08.2010. AS PER RULE PERMISSION IS NECESSARY FOR ITS ASSOCIATES DUE TO MAJOR SHARE HOLDER BETWEEN ITS ASSOCIATES.WHAT WILL WE DO ????? KINDLY SUGGEST US...THANKS A LOT

Please suggest me in Delhi by which By laws. Act, the right has provided to sale The Terrace in a building( In my case in a builder Flat) to any owner of the building or Specialy to the Top floor owner. As i research in DDA By Laws, MCD no where i found any written material. And in many judgements there is no specific oder has been passed in favour of sale of Terrace. In fact Mumbai High Court gave a judgement that IN Society COmmom area cannot be sale that includs Terrace. But No direct Judgement I fiund iN case of Delhi. And the Practice of selling Roof Rights in Delhi Is very common.Without have any clear guideling or Act in support of this. What i understand that This POLICY was made by DDA in earlier years to buyers to sell their top floors as people are generally not give preference to Top floor, but by passage of time this practice made Law by verbal communication in society. Please help me out i am in urgent neeed ....

Hi, Please advise me on below. I joined a company Quick Journeys and Discoveries Pvt Ltd in March 2011. I have the offer letter on company's letter head in a PDF document through company's official e-mail ID. I have worked with this company for the month of March and didn't found it a long term company and decided to look for another options. My employer came to know about it but still he offered me the salary cheque for the month of March but when i deposited the cheque in the bank, the very 3rd day i came to know that the cheque wasn't cleared because of stop payment order by the drawer. Later on the employer stopped my cab service as well. I have not resigned from the company yet, Since then i am chasing my employer by e-mails, phone etc. but he is not answering any of these. I want to know from my employer weather he want's me to still work with him or not secondly will he clear my outstanding salary for the month of March or not ? I know he can't terminate me without giving me a notice for a month or he has to give a month's gross salary in lieu. Please advise me how should i go on this? Thanks & Regards Ashu Arora.

Dear Sir, I am a Railway Employee and my Wife is a Lecturer in a private college... we want to start a private english medium school upto Class 2 level... can u let us know the details how to proceed further... I ve questioned this earlier in open forum on this site... but didn't received gud replies....I request you to let me know the processss. as a govt employee can I be a member of trust for the school... The brief fact :- Suit is for declaration, injunction, separate possession and recovery of rent amount under Maharashtra rent control act. The Maharashtra rent control act is not applicable to Tahsil Mohadi where suit is filed. Plaint is rejected on the ground that this court has no jurisdiction to try the suit. court fees also paid on each relief claimed. pls give tips regarding argument in appeal from the side of appellant.
