Hello Sir/Madam, I got married 3 and half years back. I have queries regarding property. I am staying with my husband and mother in law. My husbands sister stays with us for ateast 4 months in a year with us. My husband has not disclosed any information regarding the house we are living in nor his financial status since marriage inspite of asking about it repeatedly. I have few doubts regarding the property. It is probably in my mother-in-laws name. It seems she purchased it from her mother. We stay in the ground floor. There are 2 one-bedroom houses in the first floor and 2 in the second floor which have been given for rent. Rent receipts are given to all. My husband also submits a rent receipt(meaning he is staying for rent with his mother). He has been made to believe by my mother-in-law that he will be getting the property but I do not believe that. I thinks she will give the whole property to her daughter. The thing he he seems to have no legal hold on it. He had been made to take a huge amount as loan (~ 40 lakhs) ... Loan was taken in his fathers name.... property is in his mothers name..... They are making him pay the monthly installment....but telling us that they are using the house rent to clear the loan.... Please suggest some way to resolve this..... I do not want to go to court.... There are chances that he is caught in trouble.... If it is so, if I go to court it will strain our relationship..... sir, i am 23, s venkatesh ( qualificationBtech IT 72 %) from Andra pradesh .In 2010 july me, my brother and dad were booked under 353 ipc 34 case in local district criminal court for assualt the police to their duty..if u dont mind plz read what was happen and i need to apply for passport because i got job in software company. sir, In there was a land dispute between my dad and his brother in my village.Actually that land belongs to me and registration was also on my father name..But my father's brother had illegal written a agreement that my father sold the land to him and made a forgery signature on stamp papers,,we came know to it very late...he also creating dummy witness for this agreement.So we went my village police station and given complaint against him to sub inspector...But my uncle(father's dad) managed the sub inspector by giving bribe..so my dad and we went to registration office to give land for lease to others.... but mean while my uncle came to office with rowdy support and start to fight with us and scolded my brother..mean while Sub inspector came to spot and beaten us and my uncle and taken police station and kept in cell..and immediately h kept case on all of us 353 34 ipc and made a online FIR where A1 my uncle A2 my dad A3 brother A4 me done in online registration ...here drama continues ...the S I had now compromised with my uncle and left him and In hand written FIR submitted to court kept case only on 3 names (dad,me ,brother)..here A1 is my dad.... so we went jail came out after one week on bail..and went to court against SI illegal action and also cheating court with two different FRI' s...it is still in pending in high court.. Sir i have to join in may month in tech mahindra as software engineering but i hav to show the passport of me .in case no passport no joining...Will judge give me no objection letter for grant of passport in these case ? please reply me soon sir. thanking you S venkatesh 8121832784 (Andra pradesh)

Action on Secretary of Apartment Owners Welfare Association. I am a member in our new apartment welfare association since 6 months in Chennai (TN). The Secretary is very very irresponsible and serves different menu for different people. The Secretary is very very short tempered and uses abusive language in you ask him any questions or does not listen to him. In short he is a HITLER type. Everyone is scared of the Secretary of the association because he is having close contacts with the builder of the apartment and is infact working for builder also besides his wife is owning the flat in the apartments. Recently I had serious verbal arguments with the Secretary because I got vexed up with this irresponsible behaviour. Since then he stopped talking to me. He (Secretary) avoids me. He also warned me that he will Cut Water Supply to my Flat and will not accept any Monthly Maintenance charges from me. I understand his mind and he is waiting for me for a default in Monthly Maintenance charges. He has told all people working / security / cleaning & maintenance staff in the apartment to neglect me. He started harassing me by not accepting Monthly Maintenance Charges from me. I am really worried with his behaviour. I informed to President of our association but he is help less because the Secretary is having close contacts with Builder as builder is owing 40 flats in the apartment. Please advise me what sort of action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Flat Owners Welfare Association because he is not collecting Monthly Maintenance from me and threatening to disconnect water supply. Everyone supports Secretary because of his nature and close relationship with the builder. Please advice what action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Owners Association. How I can protect my Rights without loosing my Self Respect. Thanks in advance. Manjunath Chennai

For all the respected people out there,I would urgently want to know,if lending money without a proper license at interest rates of 8-10% is accepted and torturing for that money even after 4 years is allowed ,even on paying regular interest by the money borrower,who further cannot or is in a position in which he/she cannot pay the interests any more??? Can this case be legally fought in the court???
