You mean you personated as seller of some property - and went on to do the registration formalities and sign. This is a recipe for disaster. Contact a local lawyer with the documents that you've executed, to see if the same can be averted in any way.

you have forged signature which is a serious offence . you ha no business on signing sale deed on behalf of seller .

generally when sale deeds are signed your phootgraphs are also taken for record . your forgery will come to light soon and case will be filed against you by buyer .

contact a local lawyer immediatedly

You have impersonated yourself as the seller before the Registrar. Have they pasted your photographs on the pages of the documents or the photographs of the actual seller?

Be ready for change of your residence to a confined place for a considerable period of time.

Immediately contact a local lawyer to save yourself.
