Can a a trade union form a trust by becoming a settlor of the trust by transferring the properties of the trade union ?

With 4 vague and irrelevant posts, Mr. Kumar Doab (fake expert) has not only played a number game, but also demonstrated his totally unsound mind in all of his posts, which do not give even remote sense what they denote and with what purpose he made those.

One of my clients is a trade union and they want to form a trust. I don't have any concern in it. I have already advised them but just wanted to confirm with legal experts on Lawyers club.
