Grounds Of Appeal.

(Querist) 17 December 2010 This query is : Resolved 
1) I have heard that by using ordinary legislative powers amendment are not laws but by using constitutional powers amendemnts are laws So the query is precise what do u mean by in depth depth ordinary legislative powers & constitutional powers . if possible with the help of a example. For more help refer artilce 13 of the indian cont of india 1949.

2) Pls Do Request To Explain me detail or give the info for the site or any material about what do u mean by in detail pls pls

1. The legislative assembly / parliament is having powers to enact laws. But, if the act is unconstitutional, the same can be declared as unconstitutional by the SC. SC is having the constitutional powers to do so.

2. Memorandum of appeal is being presented before the appeallate court challenging the lower courts order. The basis for which you are preferring appeal is called Grounds of appeal, the grounds of appeal should be given in the memorandum of appeal.
