high interest on arbital award

dear sir an exparte arbital award passed against me with an interest of 50%on the awarded amount to be paid from my end sir and can i challenge it in court

You can challenge the award before district court. If you are in Mumbai you have to file appeal before high court.

Yes,award can be challenged u/a 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act before District judge on ground of agaisnt public policy within 90 days from the recept of its certified copy.
