Now a days large number of finance companies are established by different names like real estate pvt ltd,so here i want to know what is the provision from our central govt for functioning this type of company.and which certificate is required from govt.

If it is limited co., you will get the details of such companies with Registrar of Comapnies.
REgistration certificate issued by ROC is mandatory.

Approach the Registrar of Companies and verify with the particulars about the company you intend to inspect.

You can check the details of company on the web site of Ministry of Corporate affairs www.mca.gov.in. it will provide you company master data and in view signatory details you can see list of directors
for more details if required you need to pay Rs 50 challan through which you can take search and down load Incorporation cert and balance sheet etc filed by the Company till date.
