Determination of question of law is definitely a fnal order. The court can not be rightly expected to interpret a question of law for a interim period only.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 13 January 2011
Interim relief is to maintain the status quo or to protect the balance of convenience. The question of law will be clarified in the final order only.
