I want to know that private unaided CBSE school in haryana comes under which act among the shop and commercial act, industrial establishment act and factory act

Educational Instt. for private gains/profits might be covered by Punjab Shops & Estabs Act...............................as Haryana follows it.

As already suggested you may gain access to many of the Employee's (or Teacher's) associations/Trade Unions like CITU/INTUC/AITUC/BMS etc.......and a labor Law Consultant/service Matters Lawyer...........and give your correct designation.....
