i have a staff working with me who has no proof at all... niether address nor date of birth... can his documents b made

Your query is quite vague in the absence of any background of the problem. If there is no record/ document/ date of birth/ proof, what was the criteria of his selection for the job?

U mean to say U want to create his address and date of birth documents.Date of birth can be obtained from the respective mandal office by providing the necessary affidavits.

You can approach the O/o. Dist. Election officer to obtain Voter ID card and O/o The Registrar of Birth & Death of your area for Birth Certificate . If you open a bank account under the Prime Minister's Jan Dhan Scheme ,the bank passbook can serve as an address proof for your staff.
