Que.1a. The petitioner should attend the case regularly and should remain in close contact with his lawyer. He should apprise and discuss each and every development regarding the case as well as concerned with the parties inserted in the case. Such litigant should provide each and every document to his counsel as and when desired. he should keep duplicate copies of each and every document/pleading either filed by him or the opposite party apart from his lawyer. Petitioner should meet his counsel at least one day prior to the hearing fixed so that no any adjournment be taken on their side and they be ready to face the court in a well prepared manner.
