President Rule

When can the Presidents Rule be imposed under Article 356 of the Constitution? Is there any need to amend Article 356? What will be your suggestion in this regard?

When Governor will sent a report that in a state govt., is not working properly, itz missionaries are collapsed. Then president rule can be imposed.

Please read the Art 356 again. it suggests that the President on receipt of report from the Governor or otherwise,that means on satisfaction that the functions of Government cannot be carried in accordance with the provisions of OuR Constitution can declare Presidential rule. For seeking amendment in aforesaid provisions it depends on you how you understands the provision.
