My brother wife filed a DV case on my family members including me after they recently married 1 month before.Iam living in South Korea since 1 year why she included me in FIR. Any problem of cancelling my visa or passport to me.please clarify

It is common to include as many relatives as possible in such cases. Nothing to worry as this is a case of civil nature and there is no question of taking bail and hence no question or problem in getting visa.
Since you stay outside file a quashing petition in high court.

you have good case on merits . marriage has taken place only month back and you never even met your sister in law . bogus case has been filed . move HC for quashing

Sir ,
My parents are threatened by CI and my sister in law in police station to settle this matter for hufe money otherwise CI warned you ll be charged with many cases 498a , DV and some other acts . Wht is the possibility to file as many cases . Even my father told to file case but CI not filing and threatening for settlement wht to do in these circumstances

DV and 498 A are two missiles in the hands of women and they can fire them on all the people in their matrimonial house.Well don't bother about UR visa and PP, nothing will happen, as UR not convicted but only an accused. Show evidence when U left India and UR stay in South Korea.

This is not the stage for QUASH AT High court . Such rash action brings rare results.
Fight the case properly at lower court.
There are simple solutions at lower court for getting the names deleted .
Once complaint moves to court the police station has no role so need not fear about them.
