respected experts,
neibour ne section 228 nd 336 me FIR ki hui hai against my uncle bt we r ready for compromise.
complainant ready n hai for compromise.
nw yestarday uski wife ne section 354 ki FIR karwa di against my uncle..
uncle has gone out of state yestarday before PCR came.
nd police mere brother (uncle ke ladke) ko arrest karne ke lye aa rahi hai baar baar.
sir, pls guide me in dis case wat we can do.
actly Police is also favouring complainant.
In real my uncle nd brother has not visit her house... nd baat kar rahe the earlier case ke bare me gali me khade hokar hi.. even section 354 ki FIR filed ki hai...
sir pls help me.....

If the complainant is not ready for compromise then nothing can be done.
Ask your uncle to take bail asap. Else the police may arrest him.

If the complainant is not ready for compromise, consult local lawyer and proceed for bail / anticipatory bail of your uncle.
