solicitor position in India

(Querist) 19 January 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
Recently i cleared QLTT and going to be registered as a solicitor in England and Wales after fulfilling the very tedious procedure. I was assured by the mediator for placement in big LPO after clearing QLTTb but now he left this industry and moved abroad. Now i want to know whether i am having good future in a corporate sector or not ? as well as is there any special place or immunity available to solicitor in Supreme Court of India or not ? Thanks
God Bless

Congrats for being qualified to QLTT.

Job placements are bright in abroad (UK and middle east). You can register yourself in a international legal recruitment website and apply for abroad jobs. There is a lot of demand for common law qualified (QLTT qualified) candidates across the corporates of the world. QLTT has no much value in India. As such your querry "is there any special place or immunity available to solicitor in Supreme Court of India or not?" is of no help to you.

Best of luck.
