the RCOP is going on ,can i file a I.A regarding the issue of petitioners appearance before the court by compulsion if its possible please tell the provisions and section

In a civil case, be it RCOP too, the advocates will take care of their clients and until the court is not insisting about party's appearance, any application move by you in this regard may not be maintainable. What is your problem?, why do you insist on petitioner's appearance when the counsel for the petitioner is representing the party properly in the court. You may clarify this issue with your advocate and decide further course of action.

petitioner sign in petitiion in varience,and she is not in petition mentioned address, the ration card was canceled, the same pettioitoner sign in two vakkalat in two advocatesone is connected with other one. so that i want clarify the petitioner sign is which vakkalat is original once the correspondence thro by regd post shown in no such address. the ration officer replied the card was cancelled. Hence i required to clarify whether the RCop is filed by the ptitioner is original.during rcop, another advocate file a vakkalat to connected mateters, the vakkalat sign are varient,let me know the fact.
