Miss x wrote a will on her daughters name and wrote another will after two months on her grand daughters name as per the will the property was transferred on grand daughters name & in the will she wrote that she cannot sell or motgage the property but the grand daughter sold the property in turn the purchaser has also sold the property and has been mortgagae with the bank now the bank has brought it for auction can we buy

1. In both the cases the earlier will is revoked by the latter.
2. Terms of will are important to see what kind of interest was created in grand-daughter ? It seems it was a limited/life interest ?
3. What was the religion of the parties ?
