Wrong Claim to MNC Company

Hi Experts,

I got termination from my previous company due to wrong claim.Now i have got a letter from that company with all the past wrong claims and asking for payment for all the past claims for 3 years.Now i dont have that much money to pay right now.Can you please guide me what i can do ? and what would be the impact if i will not pay?

Your query is not clear. Please elaborate on the initiation,nature etc. of the 'wrong claim'.

Hi,

If you have claimed wrongly or for wrong perticulers or anything which is not ethincal, you will have to bear the cost.

Once you have been caught, you will have to pay. When you go to the new orga to join, if you dues with old organization are not clear, they will hesitate to take you on board.

Hence it is advisable to clear the dues on you name. Not paying such amount is not advisable.

Try and communicate with your old organization and negotiate with them to lower the amonth so taht you can pay them.

Whoever be the wrong in the 'wrong claim', if the company wants to recover the claimed amount t will have to file a suit for recovery of money where you would get the opportunity to show the wrongs of the company. Till then rest assured.
