【Only Need Expert Advice】Acquittal On Benefit Of Doubt Vs Civil Service?

If a person had a section 397 against him, he was acquitted by the court in the benefit of doubt.So will it be considered eligible for UPSC(IAS/IPS?)

Acquittal order is good enough ground for eligibility, whether on benefit of doubts or otherwise. The person is innocent unless prove guilty.

Thanks Mr. Vijay, But I have heard that if the candidate is acquitter with the benefit of doubt, then it disqualify by the Appointment Authority of upsc?is this true?
