** need help urgent ** ipc 120b/34/420/419/468

Delhi Case, Under Section IPC 120B/34/420/419/468

I am one of the accuse in this case, on my next date court will frame the changes

As per our file we have commited fraud for 13000/-

I meet one lawyers regarding this case, every one says its a compoundable offence we can settle this

Either the complaintent agree to settle this or

Or he asked me to accept my fault in the court (or write a letter to court that i have commited this offence but its a un-intentional & I aplozize for that)

He said in any case,court will settle or close this case with a fine only only

because its a compoundable offence

** Please help me *** ** Please help me *** ** Please help me ***

If i accept my fault in court can they release me only on the fine

These are the offeences punishable for imprionment or fine or both. If you plead the guilty court may send you behind the bars, so try to compromise with complainant,. He has to turn hostile

Please note that offences under Section 120-B and Section 468 of IPC are not compoundable. Therefore, if these sections are applicable in your case, you CANNOT compound them.

 

Secondly, if you admit or confess the case in the court, there is every likelihood that you may have to face punishment of imprisonment. So, be careful while admitting your guilt in the court. Don't be misguided on this issue.
