"no cross order" in contested divorce case

I have filed divorce on cruelty ground.

I have submitted Evidence Affidavit and three dates were fixed for my Cross. But opposite lawyer using delaying tactics and not coming to court from last three dates to avoid my cross.

On last two dates I have given application to order "No Cross".

Judge said he will give one more chance to opposite lawyer and then will order "No Cross Order".

Can opposite party set aside "No Cross" order by requesting same judge? OR They will need to know doors of High Court?

As soon as judge order "No Cross", Can I give application to close my Evidence and to direct opposite party to file "Evidence Affidavit"?

Please suggest what approach I should take to speed up the case?

Hi their time line for all if opposite party not present on dates and not show valid reason for not coming and their no proof than court will give exparty order and stop cross examination
