whether I can avail leal course to retain in present place of posting? Will it afect my future service?

Ans : Facts given by you do not indicated any malaice in transfer.  o do not expect any benefit in going to courts.  Courts do not like to interefer in transfer matter unless malafide is established.

Will it affect my probation?

Ans : If disciplinary action is initated against you for refusal to join then probation is practically gone

I am attaching relevent documents of my Greivances and other document I have.

 Ans : No body has time to read 25 paged attachment (starting from UPSC advertisement) that too withhout referenc eand that too when it has been scanned upside down.

Please advice me as I am not in a position to relocate to Delhi now and confused in apprioching court because of probation period.
