Article 21- Protection of life and personal liberty- No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except accotding to procedure established by law.

Section 124A (Sedition)- Doing of certain acts which would bring the Government established by law in India into hatred or contempt, or create disaffection against it.

Explanation 1- The expression "disaffection" includes disloyalityand all feelings of enemity.
