125 crpc

Does anyone have any judgement of chandigarh HC for CrPc 125 which denies interim or final maintenace to wife in the absence of evidence and when the husband is willing to take wife back?

I have filed RCR, I am ready to take my wife back without any condition, even though she has filed 498a on me & my family and since my wife has not provided any evidences apart from false affidavit for maintenance order

You are not liable to pay maintenance if she is living away from you without any justifiable cause.

You are willing to her back to your home, means you are also willing to maintain her but on the condition that she lives with you.

Then, if she cannot prove any justifiable casuse, why she doesn't want to live with you, you won't be liable to pay maintenance.
