Dear Concern
I filed section 9 against 125 CRPC. My wife is abnormal with medical history of 5 years, concealed before marriage. After few days we got the medical documents and tried for further treatment. Proof available. No physical relation during stay of 10 days. Witness available who observed her behavior. Seperation period is more than 2 years. Recently I tried to call her , reminded her but no reply. Not even called or came on death of my mother.Case will start in few days.
