Wife filed 13(a) in Court but the husband is not turning up. Husband is giving the false promises to finish it off through 13(b) by mutual consent.
Wife can see the bad intentions of husband as husband is trying to create illusion into the mind of wife for lingering the case.
Is this possible that wife continues with the case of 13(a) in one city and can file 13(b) in another city so that if husband do not turn up after 6 months then there will be no delay in 13(a) and can get exparte in 13(a)?
Note* - Wife can file case from different cities as she has the address proof of both the cities.
