I have a case where builder has cheated and I have his checks which are bounced. The situation is making both 420 as well as 138 case possible.
Let me know if I can file both the suits leagally against the builder or it is that once 420 is filled one can not file 138. Also can I file a recovery suit along with these two suits.
Please comment.

You can file recovery of money case with both the section.

Yes,you can file recovery suit and complaint for cheque bouncing and also for cheating.
