Even actual money transfer amonst relatives cannot lead to an automatic adducement of a legally recoverable loan. In case of strangers/business dealings, money transfers may be enough to prove a loan. This is because monetary gifts are not legally recoverable loans in 138 parlance. Relatives often give monetary gifts.
