Dear Sir
i had a case for vacation of premises, which did a year ago in personal need of landlord. we treid to do the financial settlement but was not succesful so we surrendered the promises and the case was closed. now after an year we have recieved two summons 1. for 138 ni for cheque bouce and other for recovery with interest. we donot know for where cheque has been sourced as it is from 6 years old cheque book, our business is closed so all our records are untraceble. please advice how to handle these two cases 138 and recovery case. if required we can sent the copies of complaints
