I am planning to buy a Free-hold house in Bharwara, Lucknow. It is 143 land. Builder sold this plot in 2013 after 143 done. second person bought this and constructed house and selling to me saying that no mutation required for this as it is already 143 land. My questions are below-
1) Bharwara comes under gram sabha , incase LDA acquires this area who will be considered as a actual owner of this property as mutation is by name of builder. Whose name will be refleted in revenue as taxes are not being charged currently in Bharawa due to gram sabha area.
2)Is it good idea to buy property in Bharwara, Lucknow or is there any risk.
