I have lost some shares and need to execute documents for getting duplicate shares. Can anyone please recommend a 1st Class Magistrate or a Special Executive Magistrate in Mumbai. I went to Bandra court to inquire and they say there is no such thing as "1st class" or "Special" and there is only Executive Magistrate. However the company whose shares are lost say they donot want a Executive Magistrate to execute the documents. They want a "Special" Executive Magistrate. Can anyone please recommend in Mumbai? Thanks .
