2nd Marriage without divorce

If the marriage is guided  under HMA1955 it is not possible to live with two wives .

AND IF THE FIRST WIFE APPROCHES TO POLiCE TO GET BACK HER HUSBAND in my opinion  then the only remidy availabale tio the second wife is that if  the husband realy want to live with her then he have to give divorce to the first wife  and marry second wife again...

Proving bigamy or 2nd marriage without divorce of 1st wife is depends on the complaint and evidence submitted by 1st wife.

if there are no documentary proofs / pics/ videos bigamy is very difficult to prove , but if proved it is a serious offense .

Second  wife is not considered as legal wife. She can be prosecuted ., but her offsprings  have right  u/s16 of HM Act1955
