there is a my agricultural land, if I want enter to this I have to pass through above said 3feet space beside national highway ,which 3feet not belongs to me
my question is
3feet land owner can he put compound without allowing us?
who is the owner of 3 feet national highway people or land owner?
is there any setback for national highway regarding fencing and compound?
what is the setback?
