304(b) & sc/st act compromise

Respected Team,

My wife commited suicide for her personal reasons without my presence but my father in law given a fake complaint against me and my parents (304(b) & SC/ST act). Case is going in PCR court, 1st hearing finished and now my father in law realized his mistake and wants to withdraw/compromise the case. What is the procedure to move this further, please suggest.
