324 trial

Hi team, i have filed a case against a person for stabbing me, police filed 324 on him and he accepted the crime in police station. Now the case is in court and he denied the charge hence case moved for tria. My question is who supposed to submit evidence and witness ? Is it me or the police ? What kind of evidence i can submit if i dont have any witness on spot where the crime had taken place. Please help me to take this forward

you have to prove that he stabbed you. the burden lies on you. if you don't have eye witness, you have medical report as evidence and the doctor as your witness. so don't worry.

also if the weapon is seized by the police then the forensic report stating the fingureprint of the accused will be another evidence.
