What is the difference between two cases like if wife filed 498A,DP ACT 3 & 4 and 498A DP ACT 3 &4,406,506.
Is there any way police will add any other sections later i mean after FIR?for anyone its happened?

You have to read S.406 & S.506 for understanding the difference. These two sections deals with additional charge against you as per the complaint of the complainant.
As far as addition of new sections is concerned, police may file a supplementary charge-sheet for additional charge if they find additional material as per the complaint. However, generally this is the duty of the receiving Magistrate to allow or reject this charge sheet. Also, the trial court has to decide which of these charges are made out prima facie
