Voting is Right for Citizien. Vote to be casted in confidenal manner by f indudual voteing person.While voting, None of the candidate is not sutiable for candidate of particular location as decided by voting person, Why He has asked for separate 49-0 form and filled by voter. By doing this activity at polling booth, The confidenital of voting right is exposed to others.
The Question is, Why election commission, 49-0 is not fixed on Electrionic Voting machine itself.
(If electrion commission has fixed 49-0 Location in the electronic voting Machine, It will help for voter can select his own choice and confidentiality of voting Mechanism can be maintained.)
kindly give suitable solution for voting Right of 49-0 form procedure.
Also, Supreme court, Why not asking Election commission to fix 49-0 location in the Ballot Box / Ballot Box of electronics Voting machine.
