Buddy ur the main accused in the case, the court will c that if u went outside and later u failed to present in second motio or the person who is holding poa on behalf u will not come in second motion or delay the case by making excuse wwho will be responsible then 

This is the main concern of the court

And still fir is existing on u how u can say that that ur presence is not required

SPOA can attend Second Motion and FIR Quash.  That is what I read here.
