There was a 498A filed by my wife in 2008 and we won the case in 2012. But after 6 months they went for appeal on it in a different court. Since 1 yr 6 months gone and so far we did not receive the notices from court. As we have another case in same court recently when we wnet for that case the judge said there was a case on you so you should come to it in next hearing.
So without sending the notices do we need to attend the court.
IF we attend the court do we need to go with a lawyer or need to wait till they gave the notices to us as we don't know the details of the case
Even if we go to lawyer he may ask us the details. Mostly we will go with same lawyer who done our 498A case.
We are confused on what is happening on this and why notices are not being send since 1.5 yrs after the case filed.
