498 quashing

Sir my ex wife filed fake 498 case. My lawyer filed quashing of fir on six month before. But still now there is no progress and my lawyer asking more money, as we already given money to him. Sir/madam please guide me.

discuss with your lawyer regarding the completion of fee.

 

he.she will tell you about the same and ask him/her for the reason for another payment.
