Good Evening,
Myself accused of false 498A/DV/CrPC 125/HMA24.
I would like to know that my wife was selected in B.Ed. in 2009 in OBC caste. As her father was in OBC creamilayer and couldn't produce proper certificate so she used the OBC certificate issued in year 2002.
Sir, what can be done to bring this in notice to authorities and get benifit.

You should rather use her degree to show that she is capable of working or already working whatever the facts of the case are.
