My wife sitting at her parental home for last 1 yrs and was insisting me to come there to get her,but i didn't went there because of her rascal parents who were spoilng her and now i divorced her as per islamic law.
Now my FIL files FIR against me in mahila thana of meerut under 498A/323/504/506 and 3/4 DP Act.
tomorrow is i have called for mediation centre,but my advocate asked me not to attend mediation centre as divorced is also happened.And he is telling case is very week and it can be die in mahilla thana itself.
Is he doing right.
