My brother wife has filed false 498A case against our family including my sister after left matrimonial house nearly 2 years. It is mentioned that they have paid Rs. 2 laks dowary in marriage and demonding more after marriage, The amount demanded is not mentioned either in complaint, FIR or chargesheet. my brother is working as a Software Engieener in Delhi.
