498A & 406 IPC

I was charged in a 498A, 3/4 dowry harrassment case and secured a bail from the district courts. In my bail order sec-406  is also included. I have a concern can the police arrest me again under sec 406 that my wife is asking for her shreedhan recovery though she has taken all her jewellery but her clothes are in my house. I have no issues in them taking that away. I want to know that If I have a bail order that covers sec 406 can I be again arrested.

the other family members of mine who were charged in the same sections took a arresting stay from the high court but the stay order includes sections 498A, 3/4 dowry prohibition act but that dont include section 406. Does that mean that the whole case is stayed by the high court as the sec 406 proceedings would also relate to the main stayed case though it dont include the section -406. Please advise the future steps.

police can't arrest u again. the arrest stay or the bail is against that FIR not against any sections. so no need to worry.

Verify whether the FIR is registered  u/s 406 IPC also or Sec 406 is added in Investigation by the police. As u say that the SessionsCiurt BAil order contains SEc 406 IPC Also ur position is safe from another arrest. The better adviser is ur counsel who is actually attending to the case and he will be the best instuctor for u --Ok goodluck
