I went to court again, I saw one man encountering 498a and DV case . He said Never say "I don't want to take my wife back" to the judge as this cases are gender biased and you will not find a solution .
His case is quite different , His wife has filed 498a and DV to get rid of him. In my case I want to get rid of her since she filed the cases.
Please suggest.
