My wife filed false 498a in AP lower court and the court forwarded to police to ivestigate and submit report.
After that wife demanded 10 lakhs as one time settlement and ex-party divorce.I agreed it.
My advocate saying first wife will apply divorce and maintenace and will submit copies to police.
Presently I am not aware FIR registered or not
Later police will submit court that divorce settlement done and this 498a is false .
I want to know police has power to submit report to court divorce settlement done?
I want to know 498a withdrawl procedure in AP?
