498a - appearance of accused

Sir,

I stay out of the country. My wife filed Fir 498A and died after days of FIR due to cancer which she was suffering from last 2 years. I showed all the evidence to police that I spent Rs 40,00,000 and is a false case. Then police filed charge sheet on my behalf and submitted charge sheet to court and took bail from the court on our behalf and told that should come to attend court when case number comes.

Now when I see online it states that court issued number and case stage is "APPEARANCE OF ACCUSED" but police has not informed us to attend court for taking charge sheet.

Please guide me if I hire a lawyer and he can directly appear in court on our behalf and say that we will attend whenever necessary. A1 my mother, A2 my younger brother, A3 my self (Husband). or if A1 is enough to appear in court.

Thanks

Let an advocate appear on your behalf with your Vakaltnamma/power of attorney and all other accused appear in person on fixed date in court.
